Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@skillscouncil.ca of any unauthorized use.

EveryPath is a freemium AI tools intelligence marketplace that lets users discover, compare, and evaluate AI tools, with optional paid features for deeper intelligence and AI-powered comparisons. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

• Paid plans (currently “Pro” at the price shown on our pricing page) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated refunds for service outages or billing errors.
• Prices, taxes, and currency may change. We will give reasonable notice of price changes before they take effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
• Use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content, including content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”), including prompts, profile data, and connected channel content. You grant EveryPath.Ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service uses third-party AI models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party model terms, you may use AI outputs you generate for your lawful purposes.

The Service references AI tools and supports integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by EveryPath.Ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI output or third-party tool information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryPath.Ai and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EveryPath.Ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
